Who will be best placed in terms of international relations?

Mancloud asked:

Bush, I don’t feel has done much for America’s image abroad.

Who do you feel will improve that image and international relations, Clinton, Obama, McCain??
To the guy that rants about dictatorships. Believe it or not, most of Europe isn’t a dictatorship. I was just looking for an answer about normal international relationships with friends of the US as well as adversaries.

Definetly Clinton… people will help their friends and the Clintons are friends with most of the leaders of the world. They will help fix the mess we are in.

WHO CARES about international relations…most countries out there are corrupt dictatorships….do you want them to like us? Is it a goal unto itself for dictators to “like us?”

The more dictator countries that **** us, the better….that tells me we are doing something right.

when dictators like your country…then you have a serious problem.

McCain. He will work more to get other nations on board in dealing with countries like N. Korea and Iran.

    For me, McCain.

McCain. He has the presence and past experience. He will be able to stand firm in the war against terror and therefore make a very good President. His years - note I said years not year or two - in the Senate have taken him around the world and given him an understanding of iternational relations. Although he had problems when he returned from Nam, he has never denied what happened or that it happened. I would rather an honest person than the alternatives.

    McCain

I believe that would be Obama. Obama received a degree in political science with a specialization in International Relations from Columbia University in New York, prior to attending Harvard Law School. Obama has excellent diplomatic skills. He is articulate and persuasive, and will use these skills to restore our nation to a respected position among the international community.
