Is University of Hawaii good for International Relations?

Does UH at Manoa have a good program for International Relations? What are its strengths in that department? And would I be able to go on to a good graduate school if I went there for undergrad?

   UH- Manoa doesn’t even have a program for international relations. It is a very good school if you want to major in an Asian language or sciences like botany or marine biology.
