What are the best colleges if you are going to major in International Relations?

I am planning on majoring in International Relations in college. I know that the University of Mississippi has a good program does anyone know of any other schools?

By the way please do not put any Ivy League Schools.

   Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service is the best in the country bar none.
