I’m applying to college and I would like to know what the best places are for studying International Relations/International Studies. In the future, I want to maybe work in the Foreign Service or the Un, or something like that, as long as I can travel and learn foreign languages!

There are many, but I like the Mid-Atlantic schools in the Washington, DC area: Georgetown University, George Washington University, American University, Johns Hopkins University and University of Maryland are great choices.
For more, see the Association of Professional Schools in International Affairs:
Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Columbia, Stanford, Brown University, University of Chicago are probably among the best Universities for undergraduate International Relations.
